Returns or Exchanges
You have 30 calendar days to return an item(s) from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
When applicable, your item(s0 must have the original tags attached.
Please contact us for the appropriate shipping address for your item(s) to be returned to since we have 2 seasonal locations.
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you via PayPal.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Warranty periods vary by product. In any case, warranties do not exceed 1 year from date of purchase. Please inquire at time of purchase. Ski 3 Swivel will NOT warranty equipment damage caused from normal wear and tear, an accident or other incidences out of our control.
Water skiing is a sport that involves risk and reward. Ski 3 Swivel is in no way liable for loss of equipment or injuries associated with the use of our equipment.
The purchaser of Ski 3 Swivel equipment is responsible for ALL maintenance and for inspection prior to each use. If a purchaser has ANY questions regarding the condition of their equipment they should NOT use it and call Ski 3 Swivel.
Swivel Skiing includes maneuvers that place a skier ahead of the handle or engaged with it via a toe harness. A swivel skier should ALWAYS be placed on a professionally manufactured release that fits their towboat and is in perfect operating condition. Ski 3 Swivel DOES NOT sell these devices and you could contact the manufacturer of your tow boat for assistance.
